Grilled Shrimp Rice Vermicelli

A traditional Vietnamese salad dish consisting of thin rice vermicelli noodles, julienne carrots, sliced lettuce, bean sprouts, 3 pieces of crispy vegetable egg rolls, roasted peanuts and shrimp. Served with a side of fish sauce.
